PANJIT Holds Q4 ESG Seminar “Organization × Decluttering” to Inspire a Lighter, More Balanced Daily Life

PANJIT recently held a special workshop titled “Organizing × Decluttering,” inviting the renowned “Life Magician,” Instructor Ying-Ju Chen, to guide employees in rediscovering the true purpose and value of organizing. The session received enthusiastic feedback, with many participants expressing that they had gained a completely new perspective on organization, along with practical methods and a refreshed mindset.

At the start of the workshop, Instructor Chen posed a core question: “Why do we organize?”
She emphasized that organizing is not about creating a picture-perfect model home, but about making daily life easier to navigate, more convenient, time-saving, and stress-free. Organizing, she noted, is not the pursuit of perfection but the pursuit of what truly suits one’s lifestyle. By embracing the idea of leaving empty space and allowing room to breathe, life naturally becomes lighter.

Instructor Chen also shared that many people struggle to begin organizing due to emotional barriers—fear of waste, worry that an item may someday be useful, or sentimental attachment. She offered a powerful reminder:
“What’s truly wasteful is the item that’s forgotten yet continues to take up your space.”
To help participants make kinder and more effective decisions, she introduced three guiding questions to re-evaluate the value of each item:
1. Have you used it within the past three years?
2. Can you easily reach and locate it?
3. Do you still remember why you liked it in the first place?

As the answers become clearer, the emotional hurdle of “not wanting to let go” becomes easier to overcome.

Toward the end of the workshop, Instructor Chen shared a heartwarming message that resonated deeply with the audience:
“Organizing is making space for your life.”

She encouraged everyone to focus not on perfection but on small, daily steps—tidying up a small area at home, letting go of unnecessary items, and being more mindful about purchases. With each small change, both the home and the heart become more refreshed.

Through this workshop, PANJIT hopes to support employees in approaching life with greater ease, using organization to cultivate a higher-quality everyday experience. Taking the first step is already the best kind of change.
